High Intensive Interval Training (HIIT) is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time!
STRONG by Zumba
Monday, 4:30pm - 5:30pm
STRONG by Zumba is the new group fitness class that is taking over the world. It combines high-engery music with high-intensity movement to get you sweating. It's more than a new type of class, it's a new way to get STRONG.
Tuesday, 4:30 – 5:30 pm
This class is an exercise fitness program involving dance and aerobic movements, performed to energetic Latin and international music.
Thursday, 4:30 – 5:30 pm
Zumba Step is a lower-body workout that incorporates Zumba routines and step aerobics with Latin dance rhythms. Tone and strengthen legs and glutes with a gravity-defying blend of Zumba routines and step.
Circuit Training/Low Impact Aerobics
Monday & Wednesday 5:30pm - 6:30pm
This workout is a form of body conditioning and resistant training while using light weights and a series of stations that will target strength building or muscular endurance needed for a healthier body and mind. These classes are held in the Aerobics Room and Cardio/Weights Room.
Tuesday & Thursday 5:45pm - 6:30pm
Things to expect in a HIGH Fitness Class:
Strong, simple, easy-to-follow choreography
Plyometric-type interval training moves: jump squats, burpees, tuck jumps, etc.
Low, concentrated, full-body toning moves that sculpt you from top to bottom

Tia Chi: Moving For Better Balance
Tuesday & Thursday 9am - 10am
Starting April 9, 2019 *Improve your balance, muscle strength, flexibility & mobility * Reduce the fear of falling * Sit or stand to do gentle, flowing movements * Have fun with other older adults
