Our instructor Lili is excited to lead you in our new yoga class! Experience rejuvenation and empowerment by joining us for a 3 month wellness series. This is an all levels class where you will learn how to create space for natural healing. With the use of breath and movement you will achieve body awareness, flexibility and strength in a fun and welcoming space. All classes taught at room temperature and props provided. Grab a friend, water bottle, and come as you are!
Low Impact Water Aerobics
Our water aerobics class is designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. The workouts combine aerobic, flexibility and resistance (strength) training with plenty of friendly fun. No swimming required.
